I am a professional, patient, organized, and dedicated tutor. I pride myself on the rapport I have with my students, which is relaxed, friendly, and fun, but focused and committed to the task at hand. I stress the fundamental importance of critical thinking, writing, and Language skills, so tutoring sessions aren't just about getting through the upcoming lesson, paper, or exam, but are about establishing the skills for the long term.

I am a recent transplant to New York City, and am looking to pay off student loans. I just moved from Miami where I was teaching elementary school. I am certified in all subjects for grades K-6 but I can tutor students through grade 8.

I am extremely familiar with the New York State curriculum. I am young, responsible and flexible. I will commute to your location and I am available all week nights and weekends.

I am patient, dedicated and I will go above and beyond to help your student achieve significant gains. I have an abundance of resources from my previous school and
I will make copies of materials free of charge.

My fee is negotiable.

I am very patient and will try many different methods to help a student learn. I will keep trying until I find one that works for each particular student that I work with because I know that not every student learns in the same way.
