I am a very patient tutor

I'm looking to start teaching Beginner to intermediate standard musicians.

Studied at Chethams School of Music 2003-5.
Awarded a scholarship to Royal Northern College of Music.
Offered unconditional place at Trinity College of Music to continue studies from September.
I have experience teaching young children up to 18 year olds. I have different techniques for each age group. I am very patient and encouraging and insist on the enjoyment of music as a priority.

I am a very patient tutor and believe in stress - free learning. I am happy to find imaginative ways of approaching a subject so that the student can find a way of relating to the subject in a way that suits them personally.

I have genuine enthusiasm for the subjects I would be tutoring in and know that one-to-one tuition is a very valuable way of teaching.

I have worked around all sorts of problems and weird requests, learning much in the process both pedagogically and intellectually .And yes ,I am a very patient tutor!
