I have taught English, ESL and drama for a number of years now at a secondary school in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. I have taught VCE English for many years and am passionate about enhancing both student academic capabilities and determination to excel at school. I am patient, proficient, dedicated, knowledgable and enthusiastic. Whilst at university I spent a year doing voluntary teaching in Kenya and learnt much about approaches toward teaching. Whilst at university I was also trained to teach primary school aged students.
My knowledge on novels/texts is abundant as I work for another company who lectures VCE students and I also write study guides for VCE texts.
