I have worked for two years in a special needs school with children with a wide range of learning disabilities. I am very patient, appreciate students needs and am a good listener. I am also very passionate about teaching learning skills as much as individual subject knowledge.

I am extremely helpful, reliable and have a great rapport with students. I am also very patient and willing to go out of my way to provide a better education.

I have done a lot of work with people with special needs,
I have been involved in distance tutoring as well as face to face tuition.
I am a practical person who encourages vocational learning.

I am a very experienced teacher of English and am a qualified lawyer so can help with any legal Studies.

The two field I teach are English speaking, listening, reading and writing and music education. In most of my lesson plans and sessions, I like to incorporate elemants of art and music and drama to engage my students to the learning content. I've tutored many different types of students from younger preschool children to professors at universities. I do not have a set formula of how to teach and often rely on multiple assessments with each student to develop a curriculum together based on personal preferences and interests - for standardised examinations such as IELT, the lesson plans are a bit more rigid but still fun.

I'm currently studying at SRH Hochschule Heidelberg to be a music therapist and need to find part time work to support myself - hence this job post. I am available mostly on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, however, the other days are also possible in between my lectures. The sessions can be conducted on-site (in-person) or online. For younger students I prefer in-person.
