Tutor Spanish

I enjoy teaching :)

I have been teaching and translating languages for the past decade, in various companies and privately. I am always keen to gain more private language students.

My usual method is to present a feature of the language, and then ask questions of the student so that he/she may reproduce and practise the feature. This means that no books are required for most of the activities. Few students desire written homework, but I can set you some if required.

I am a graduate from the french University, with great pedagogical skills. I'm used to teach to adults and children as well; I adapt myself to the needs of the tutee.
French native speaker.

I'm a 26 yr old (mature) student. Outgoing, friendly, driven. Analytical and critical. I speak fluent Spanish and have a love for all language. I am an avid poetry reader and feel we can learn vital things through the study and appreciation of poetry and the Arts in general. I have a thirst for knowledge and feel I can make learning fun. Isn't that what it's supposed to be about? For my thesis I am researching the social weight of words in relation to James Joyce.

I hold qualifications in both English and Portuguese. I am a native speaker of Spanish, from Argentina, and a postgraduate student. I am very patient and have experience in working teaching private classes.

Later, I home-educated my sons from infancy, including teaching them Spanish to A* at GCSE in one year whilst teaching myself. I have studied NLP to Master Practitioner level, which has further enriched my learning and teaching skills. I also teach adult numeracy classes.

The main focus for Spanish is usually enabling the student to become progressively more fluent through an understanding of how the Spanish use their verbs and build their sentences. “Sandra makes learning Spanish very enjoyable and very productive.
