I have been teaching/training for the last 5 years, the last year being in a secondary school. I have experience of working with adults of all ages and capabilities. I am also completing the online tutoring course which will allow me to communicate more effectively online. I am flexible to meet the needs of the student.

I possess a strong character and believe I make a suitable choice for employment within a training team, whether already in existence, requiring building up from scratch, full time or contracted. Throughout my working life, I have been able to demonstrate my ability to work to high standards, with self-motivation and discipline. I have played an active role in the Training Needs Analysis process, ensuring that I liaise with business managers to ensure that training hits the mark. This has included initial one to one assessments of learners to ensure that the training solution offered is suitable. I have a range of experiences in coaching and training others to be coaches.
