I am a 28 year old male, recently completed my doctorate and am looking to supplement university teaching with some private tutoring. I have over a year\'s experience of home tutoring in English at GCSE level, and a year\'s experience of teaching Film Studies at degree level.
I am patient, friendly and communicate well with students of all ages.

Ich heisse Jan Luis, bin 28 Jahre alt und wohne in Berlin.
Ich habe mich schon immer für audio-visuelle Medien interessiert, da sie das Wort, die Bewegung, das Visuelle und die Musik zusammenbringen.

Ich kreiere Animationen in verschiedenen Techniken von Puppentrick über Zeichentrick mit realen Schauspielern bis hin zur 3D Animation. Die Fusion unterschiedlicher Medien schaffe ich mit Adobe After Effects und Adobe Premiere.
Meine Animationen werden auf internationalen Filmfestivals und Kunstaustellungen, oft begleitet von Skulpturen, die ich baue, präsentiert.

Ich bin aber keineswegs ein isolierter Kunstschaffender, ich arbeite oft an Teamprojekten und unterrichte Film & Animation. Darüber hinaus biete ich Workshops an passionierte Kunstanfänger.

Ich bin ein positiver Mensch, interagiere gerne mit Anderen, meditiere jeden Morgen und versuche, jeden Tag etwas besser zu sein in dem, was ich tue. , )
